Chef Hiroyasu Kawate has been dreaming and contemplating one idea, a “Table d’hôte” style French restaurant where you can share a large table with all guests.
As one of the sustainability initiatives, we hold up a "Plant-Based" that focuses on foods primarily from plants. Our team is committed itself to serving more vegetables and less meat and seafood, with local fresh ingredients, to delight you with Japanese warmth and finesse.
The third chapter of Florilège is in Azabudai Hills in Tokyo. Please luxuriate in our food and wine while enjoying conversation with chef and our staffs, and make yourself at home as if you were visiting our home right in the heart of the city.
